About
Rosana Vidal is a marketing leader who started her real estate career as a New York City real estate agent in 2005. She is currently based in Oviedo, Spain where she serves clients across the globe. Prior to her move to Spain, Rosana led the marketing division at OFFICIAL Partners, the first global real estate advisory firm dedicated to the pinnacle segment of the market. In the years before her work as a Vice President at OFFICIAL, she led the marketing team at Triplemint (now The Agency) and Warburg (now Coldwell Banker) where she built platforms through which agents received best-in-class marketing support and business training, often helping them triple their business within a few short years. In 2010 Rosana joined the founding marketing team at Town Residential where she helped build the start-up firm into a market leader with over 500 agents across 10 Manhattan offices. In her leadership roles, Rosana has contributed to each firm’s success by creating strategic brand level plans with a focus on top producing agents’ business development. By working with executive leadership to build strong business platforms for agents, Rosana has developed a unique understanding of how to apply today’s marketing best practices for driving company and agent revenue growth. She has helped firms and agents create impactful tools including digital and print content campaigns, marketing handbooks, company blogs, newsletters, seasonal events guides, real estate guides, and internal dashboards through which agents manage their marketing operations. In 2014 Rosana launched Rosana Vidal Marketing with the goal of providing high quality and effective marketing solutions to busy real estate professionals. Rosana Vidal Marketing employs a talented and diverse team of artists, writers, designers, photographers, and programmers who are paid fair wages for their creative work.
